Walking? Yes, thank you.

For the past few weeks, Turner has practically refused to walk. On Monday, though, he showed us that he could stand up on his own without holding on to anything. And last night? Nelly, bar the door! He would stand up, walk, fall and stand up again. At one point he was walking so fast it was almost running. Of course the socks didn't help the situation much. They made things a little slippery. He wasn't deterred, though. He kept on trying. We're really excited and, of course, nervous at the same time. Last night he discovered that walking opened all kinds of new doors -- literally. Wish us all luck! Oh - and there are all kinds of new pictures and videos over in Picasa. We wore out the camera last night.
